What is the difference between Consultant and Auditor mode?

Consultant is PinkPepper's advice mode for questions, next steps, and practical compliance guidance. Auditor is the structured assessment mode for findings, evidence gaps, CAPA, and report-style reviews. Both are AI modes inside the platform. They are separate from PinkPepper's human consultancy service on the Pro plan.

How do the consultancy hours work on Pro?

Pro includes 2 hours of human food safety consultancy each month. This is separate from the in-app Consultant and Auditor modes. Use it for review, guidance, and higher-risk support. Hours do not roll over.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Is VAT included in the prices shown?

No. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at checkout where required.

Can I rely on outputs without review?

No. PinkPepper is there to help you move faster and work more clearly, but higher-risk compliance decisions and final documents should still be reviewed appropriately.
